We booked a cruise with Jennifer. As the cruise line was not the best, Jennifer did everything she could to help make our trip amazing! My father in law had an injury a few weeks before departure, and Jennifer arranged to have a wheelchair ready for us in the room. I dropped an item while disembarking, and Jennifer filled out the lost item form (I had no idea this was a thing). I would definitely use Jennifer again! We booked a cruise with Jennifer.
